Can you work with my existing contractor?
Absolutely. We work alongside your GC, subcontractors, and vendors – reviewing their work on your behalf without interfering with the build.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We serve homeowners nationwide. Most services are handled remotely — contract reviews, change order oversight, vendor guidance, and regular check-in calls.
